Oryza Sativa (Rice) Lees Extract. Lees is what remains after rice has been fermented into sake or makgeolli. The extract is rich in inositol, kojic-acid-adjacent metabolites, and free amino acids. Standard Korean ODM stability protocols run ICH Q1A(R2) accelerated at 40°C / 75% RH for 3 months and intermediate at 30°C / 65% RH for 6 months, plus real-time at 25°C / 60% RH for 12 to 24 months. The published shelf-life claim on the finished SKU is typically 24 months unopened and 6 to 12 months PAO (period after opening) once the dropper is exposed to air.
